Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking Rope Access Level III Technicians willing to work on diverse field projects and travel as needed. You will represent the company professionally, lead safety-focused operations, and support teams in the field.

Responsibilities include performing safe rope access tasks, completing JHA/safe work plans, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring quality and timely reporting. Candidates should have Level III certification or be pursuing it, with a strong safety mindset

Qualifications

• Maintains Level III Rope Access certification (SPRAT or IRATA) or pursues certification through company training.
• High school diploma or GED; higher degrees are an asset.
• Meets CPR/First Aid/AED certification requirements or within 60 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license in primary residence state.
• Proficient with computers and Office; strong communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Represents MISTRAS in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Provides exemplary customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Works within a team to complete field and administrative tasks on time with good quality (e.g., Safe Work Plans, JHA, reports).
• Follows safety procedures, ensures permits and lock-out/tag-out are understood and followed.
• Leads daily safety meetings and communicates changes to hazards or mitigation strategies.
