Candidates should hold Level II/III rope access credentials (SPRAT or IRATA) or show willingness to pursue them. A high school diploma or GED is required, with bachelor’s degrees viewed as assets. CPR/first aid and AED certifications must be current or obtained within 60 days of hire.
