Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking Rope Access Technicians (Levels I–III) for temporary, project-based work in Trainer, PA. Responsibilities include performing rope access inspections and maintenance at heights in industrial facilities, adhering to SPRAT/IRATA guidelines, and ensuring safety and quality across tasks.

The role requires SPRAT or IRATA Level I-III certification and prior rope access experience. Strong safety focus, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and with teams

Qualifications

• SPRAT/IRATA Level I-III certification is required.
• Previous rope access experience is required.
• Strong safety and quality standards must be followed.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope access work per SPRAT/IRATA guidelines.
• Support inspection, maintenance, and industrial service operations.
• Utilize rope access equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety procedures and report incidents.
• Inspect and maintain rope access equipment and gear.
• Work at heights, in confined spaces, and industrial environments.
• Complete required documentation and safety reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors, inspectors, and project teams.
• Work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.
