Job summary

MISTRAS Group is seeking an experienced Level II/III Rope Access Technician for work in Jacksonville, FL. You will perform rope access inspections, maintenance, and related support in industrial environments, at heights, and under applicable safety standards.

Candidates must hold SPRAT or IRATA Level II or III certification, possess rope access experience, and demonstrate strong safety and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license preferred; NDT certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• SPRAT/IRATA Level II or III certification required.
• Experience with rope access and working at heights.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform rope access work per SPRAT/IRATA guidelines.
• Support inspection, maintenance, and industrial service operations.
• Utilize rope access equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety procedures and site rules.
• Inspect and maintain rope access gear/equipment.
• Work at heights, in confined spaces, and industrial environments.
• Complete required documentation and safety reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and project teams.
• Be available for overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as needed.
