MISTRAS Group is seeking Rope Access Level III Technicians for project work and travel as needed. Based at Gulf Regional HQ in La Porte, TX, candidates should hold Level III Rope Access certification (SPRAT or IRATA) or be pursuing it, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and customer service.

Strong leadership and field documentation skills are valued. Responsibilities include leading teams, ensuring safety protocols, and effective collaboration with managers.

Formación

• Maintains Level III Rope Access certification (SPRAT or IRATA) or pursuing certification.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's/advanced degrees are a plus.
• First aid/CPR/AED certification at hire or within 60 days; must be maintained.
• Valid driver's license in state of primary residence with no restrictions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic technology troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Represent MISTRAS professionally at all times during field assignments.
• Provide exemplary customer service and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Work in a team to complete field and admin tasks on time with quality.
• Maintain safety focus, manage risk, and ensure permits, lock-out and JHA adherence.
• Lead daily safety meetings, update JHA, and inform teams of changes.
• Mentor team members and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Communicate with Project Manager and leadership to report concerns.
• Adhere to rope access procedures and safety standards.
• Develop knowledge of rescue preparedness and advanced techniques.
