The ideal candidate will report maintenance needs, respond to guest requests promptly, and help maintain organization of linen rooms and carts while coaching the team on safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met.
• Supervise and support Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Assign daily room assignments, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings to set expectations.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
