Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in commercial roofing, service, repairs, and maintenance.
- 3-5+ years managing service operations, dispatching, or field service teams.
- Experience leading service operations and personnel.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation requirements.
- Experience with job costing, labor productivity analysis, margin management, ERP/CRM, and GPS reporting.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
