Pacific Islands Construction seeks a Senior Service Manager to lead the commercial roofing service department, overseeing dispatch, repairs, and preventive maintenance while driving safety and customer satisfaction.

You will manage technicians and support field teams, coordinate service delivery, and help grow recurring revenue while ensuring profitability and high standards of safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial roofing experience in service/repair
• 3+ years of leadership in service/operations
• Knowledge of roofing materials and systems
• Ability to read scopes, reports, drawings, and inspection documentation
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial roofing service department from dispatch to closeout
• Manage technicians, foremen, and service staff
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance work
• Monitor job profitability and safety compliance
• Develop recurring maintenance revenue and improve department efficiency
