Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager to bring in new business and oversee projects. The role focuses on building relationships with property managers and management companies to win service, repair, and re-roof work.

The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing and/or construction.
• Knowledge of roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications.
• Growth mindset with strong desire to develop relationships and drive revenue.
• Manage projects and lead communication with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders.
