Job summary

Quality Trusted Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead and grow the service operations in the United States. You will oversee daily service operations, manage crews, drive profitability, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Final compensation will be based on experience and location. The role requires coordinating with project management and traveling to job sites; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in commercial roofing operations or service management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (Single-Ply, Built-Up).
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and ensure profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the commercial roofing service department.
• Manage scheduling and dispatching of service crews to maximize productivity.
• Oversee revenue, margin performance, and budgeting for the service dept.
• Drive safety, quality, and OSHA compliance across operations.
• Develop and mentor service foremen and technicians.
• Coordinate with project management, estimating, and leadership teams.
