The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial roofing, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This role requires field oversight with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Foreman, lead hand, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, especially TPO.
• Ability to diagnose roofing issues and select repair solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make field decisions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required work.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing service crews on commercial and industrial sites.
• Inspect roofing systems and identify repair requirements.
• Perform and oversee repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other systems.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Train and mentor laborers and service technicians.
• Manage tools, equipment, materials, and daily site logistics.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and management.
• Complete necessary documentation, inspections, and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, productive work environment.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
