Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial roofing with 2 years leading field crews.
• Strong knowledge of EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and low-slope metal systems.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service crew on commercial roofing service calls.
• Diagnose leaks and scope works effectively.
• Ensure zero OSHA recordables and TRIR under 1.0.
• Communicate repair recommendations to customers.
