Job summary

Roofing Corp seeks a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a crew on commercial roof service and repair projects in Charlotte, NC. You will supervise technicians, interpret work orders, and deliver quality workmanship across TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal systems.

You will troubleshoot leaks, enforce OSHA standards, and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring team members and ensuring accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience with leadership exposure.
• Proficiency with single-ply systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC); additional systems a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Driver’s license with clean record; OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with service technicians on roofing calls and repairs.
• Interpret work orders and ensure tasks meet scope.
• Perform hands-on repairs on TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofs.
• Diagnose leaks and related issues; ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain site safety, clean work areas, and proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with service coordinator/project manager for scheduling and materials.
• Train crew members and monitor performance; complete job logs and reports.
