Davco-Roofing-and-Sheet-Metal is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to oversee service and repair projects on commercial properties. You will lead a crew, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain client relationships while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, interpreting work orders, performing hands-on repairs on TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal systems, and maintaining accurate reports and materials usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience, with leadership experience.
• Proficient knowledge of single-ply roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC).
• Strong communication and supervision skills to lead crews.
• Ability to uphold safety and quality standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians on roofing service calls and repairs.
• Interpret work orders and ensure tasks meet scope.
• Perform hands-on repairs on TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal systems.
• Troubleshoot leaks and diagnose issues effectively.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain site safety.
• Communicate with owners, property managers, and teams.
• Train crew members and mentor to sustain performance.
• Complete reports, logs, photos, and material usage.
