Job summary

Baker Roofing Company is seeking a Roofing Foreman to lead installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems on our Greensboro projects. You will oversee crews, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time, on-budget completion.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/G.E.D preferred, but not required.
• Experience: 3+ years of Commercial Roofing; Foreman experience is a plus.
• Driver's License: Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations and direct roofing crews to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, schedules, and production goals before work begins.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and jobsite inspections.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
