Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience
• Previous foreman, lead hand, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO roofing
• Proven ability to diagnose roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical work as required
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other commercial roofing systems

• Manage tools, equipment, materials, and daily job site logistics
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and management
• Complete required documentation, inspections, and reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Service Foreman to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial roofing projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.

We are seeking a foreman who can work with their own service technician as part of a dedicated 2-man crew (Foreman + Technician).
