Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy in Denver, CO seeks a Senior ROCC Operator to monitor and control SCADA-driven utility systems in a 24/7 operations center. You will respond to alarms, analyze trends, and support incident response with field teams and engineers.

Responsibilities include developing procedures, training junior operators, logging activities, and ensuring safety compliance across projects while coordinating with stakeholders and emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a control room or dispatch environment.
• Proven expertise in operating and troubleshooting SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate SCADA systems to maintain optimal performance of utility infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to alarms, abnormal conditions, and emergencies with appropriate protocols.
• Analyze operational data and trends to identify issues and propose corrective actions.
• Develop, review, and implement procedures, emergency plans, and safety protocols.
• Provide guidance and training to junior ROCC Operators and maintain logs of activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and project teams on upgrades, testing, and commissioning.
