Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification in Robotics, Software, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6+ years of work experience with a minimum 2+ years in Technical Support, Field Service, Product Support, or advanced Customer Support.
Technical troubleshooting skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate outstanding customer support and maintain knowledge of J&J MedTech products and services.
Provide 24/7 support for robotics capital products, including weekend and off-hours on-call coverage.
Apply troubleshooting concepts to new situations and determine appropriate actions.
Serve as product specialist and participate in customer training activities as needed.
Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communications; provide call center support.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve advanced issues; mentor less experienced TSEs.
