Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Robotics Technical Support Engineer to join the Robotic Technical Support organization, located in the Eastern Timezone. Remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis within the United States.

The Sr TSE will triage and resolve advanced robotics system issues, collaborate with Field Service Engineers and regional teams, and mentor less experienced staff. Travel is required, and a strong customer-focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of work experience, with at least 2+ years in Technical Support, Field Service, or advanced Customer Support.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for robotic capital products and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical inquiries for J&J MedTech Robotics systems.
• Act as product specialist, mentor junior TSEs, and manage assigned processes and projects.
