This role supports Field Service Engineers and regional teams, applying advanced troubleshooting to diagnose capital equipment issues across multiple channels.

You will work with our OTTAVA and MONARCH platforms, collaborating in a fast-growing Bay Area and US-wide team, with on-call duties and opportunities for ongoing professional growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in medical contact center or remote handling of medical issues.
