Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Robotic Technical Support Engineer II in the Eastern Time Zone with remote work considered within the United States. You will provide remote and occasional onsite support for robotic systems, collaborate with field teams, and help ensure patient outcomes through reliable technical service.

The role requires 2+ years in medical customer support, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in medical contact center or remote handling of customer issues in a medical environment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with clear written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 compliance expectations.
• Preferred: ERP/CRM experience; working knowledge of Linux; programming language exposure.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding customer support and maintain knowledge of MedTech products.
• Provide on-call 24/7 support for robotics capital equipment as needed.
• Triage equipment issues and determine corrective actions.
• Serve as product specialist and assist with training activities.
• Coordinate product-specific processes and resources for support operations.
• Apply troubleshooting principles to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Disseminate information about product lines and related support activities.
