You will provide remote and occasional onsite technical support for robotic capital equipment, handling post-sales technical services and diagnostics to customers and field personnel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in medical contact center or remote handling patient service issues.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer support focus.
• Ability to work across product lines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding customer support and maintain knowledge of Johnson & Johnson MedTech products.
• Participate in weekend and off-hours on-call coverage for 24/7 technical support.
• Apply troubleshooting to triage capital equipment issues and determine action.
• Serve as product specialist for assigned product lines and train partners and customers.
• Manage product-specific processes to support operations.
• Apply troubleshooting to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate information flow about product lines and related support activity.
