Job summary

Eka Robotics in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to build the team behind Eka’s next growth stage.

The role is hands-on, sourcing highly specialized technical talent in robotics, ML/RL, computer vision, simulation, and software, and partnering with company leadership on interview strategy and offers. You will own candidate conversations, develop talent maps, drive searches with creative reach, and work with the existing talent team to ensure top-priority searches move quickly.

Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting highly technical talent, including robotics, embodied AI, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success sourcing difficult-to-find engineering and research candidates.
• Strong knowledge of the robotics talent ecosystem and sourcing beyond LinkedIn.
• Enough technical fluency to understand specialized candidate backgrounds and engage researchers and engineers.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or high-ownership environment.
• Interest in broader People topics beyond recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Personally source and recruit highly specialized research and engineering talent focusing on robotics, ML/RL, CV, simulation and software.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent maps across robotics companies, labs, universities and communities.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and act as an early ambassador for Eka.
• Own candidate conversations and partner with leadership on interview strategy, offers and closing.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, processes and systems.
