Job summary

Client's Robotics Platform is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to serve as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding pre-sales through deployment and long-term adoption of our robotics platform.

You will lead complex deployments, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate adoption and influence product direction. Hybrid work in Silicon Valley is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Robotics, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout pre-sales and deployment lifecycle.
• Understand customer operational challenges and design scalable robotics solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Present complex technical concepts to engineering teams and executives.
