Qualifications

• Requires 2- or 4-year engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Software.
• 4–6 years of dedicated robotics, PLC, and vision integration experience.
• Hands-on mastery of Fanuc, Yaskawa, or ABB robot platforms with PLC troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems, offline simulation tools, and CAD/SolidWorks.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% domestically and internationally; valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Initialize robotic platforms and configure I/O networks on major robot brands.
• Design control logic and architecture for seamless PLC handshaking.
• Deploy industrial vision systems for part guidance and inspection.
• Lead in-house assembly, debugging, and EOAT integration.
• Perform field commissioning at client sites worldwide.
• Support applications engineering with layouts, cycle-time analyses, and quotes.
• Mentor junior technicians and optimize build workflows.
