Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Senior Robotics & Controls Engineer for turnkey systems integration in the Greater Milwaukee area. The role focuses on ground-up automation projects, leading robotic cell design, in-house build, shop-floor debugging, and client commissioning.

You will work with Fanuc, ABB, and Yaskawa platforms, integrate vision systems, and coordinate with PLCs to ensure robust control architectures. Requires travel and licensing to support global deployments.

Qualifications

• Requires 2- or 4-year Engineering degree.
• 4–6 years of dedicated industrial robotics & PLC integration experience.
• Hands-on mastery of Fanuc, Yaskawa or ABB robots with PLC troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems, CAD/SolidWorks, and offline simulation tools.
• Ability to diagnose and debug complex automated machinery across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Initialize robotic platforms and coordinate calibrations for Fanuc, ABB, or Yaskawa systems.
• Design control logic and architecture to ensure reliable handshaking with master PLCs.
• Deploy and program industrial vision systems for guidance and inspection at high speed.
• Lead in-house assembly, wiring verification, and EOAT integration.
• Travel 30–40% domestically and internationally to oversee field commissioning and startup.
