Qualifications

• Requires 2-year or 4-year engineering degree.
• 4 to 6 years of dedicated industrial robotics & PLC integration experience.
• Hands-on mastery of Fanuc, Yaskawa, or ABB robot platforms with PLC troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems, offline simulation tools, and CAD/SolidWorks.
• Travel 30–40%; valid driver’s license and passport; commute within Greater Milwaukee, WI area.

Responsibilities

• Initialize robotic platforms and configure I/O networks for multiple robot platforms.
• Design control logic architecture to coordinate with master PLCs and equipment.
• Deploy and integrate industrial vision systems for guidance and inspection.
• Lead in-house assembly, wiring verification, and EOAT integration.
