The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Senior Robotics & Controls Engineer for turnkey systems integration in the Greater Milwaukee area. You will lead ground-up automation projects, perform in-house builds, and manage on-site commissioning for global manufacturing clients.

Expect 1st shift, direct-hire, with a baseline salary of $83,200–$104,000 plus premium overtime and full benefits. Requires 2–4 year engineering degree, 4–6 years of robotics/PLC/vision work, and mobility within

Competenze

2-year or 4-year engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or software engineering.
4–6 years of dedicated robotic, PLC, and vision integration experience.
Hands-on mastery of Fanuc, Yaskawa, or ABB robot platforms with PLC troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with industrial vision systems, CAD/SolidWorks, and offline simulation tools.
Travel 30–40% domestically and internationally; valid driver’s license and passport.

Mansioni

Initialize robotic platforms by building ground-up cell setups and calibrating I/O networks.
Design control logic and architecture to coordinate master PLCs and equipment.
Deploy industrial vision systems for part guidance, inspection, and handling.
Lead in-house assembly, debug, and EOAT integration within shop-floor environments.
Execute field commissioning with 30–40% travel to client sites worldwide.
Support applications engineering with layout insights and feasibility data.
Mentor junior technicians to improve workflows and meet client specs.
