• Proficiency with industrial vision systems, offline simulation tools, and CAD/SolidWorks.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% and reside within commuting distance of Greater Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Initialize robotic platforms and set up ground-up cell configurations on Fanuc, ABB, or Yaskawa systems.
• Design control logic to coordinate handshaking with master PLCs and equipment.
• Deploy and program industrial vision systems for guidance, inspection, and handling.
• Lead in-house assembly, wiring checks, and EOAT integration with project teams.
• Execute field commissioning 30–40% travel domestically and internationally.
• Support applications engineering with layout insights and cycle-time analyses.
