Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year engineering degree required.
• 4–6 years in industrial robotics and PLC integration.
• Hands-on mastery of Fanuc, Yaskawa or ABB robotics.
• Proficient with industrial vision systems and CAD/SolidWorks.
• Willing to travel 30–40% and reside within commuting radius of Greater Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• Initialize robotic platforms and configure I/O networks on Fanuc, ABB, or Yaskawa robots.
• Design control logic and architecture for PLC handshaking with master controllers.
• Deploy industrial vision systems for guidance, inspection, and handling.
• Lead in-house assembly, debugging, and EOAT integration.
• Execute field commissioning with 30–40% travel domestically and internationally.
• Support applications engineering with layouts, cycle-time analyses, and quotes.
• Provide floor mentorship to in-house assembly personnel.
