Job summary
AMF Bakery Systems is seeking a Senior Advanced Controls and Robotics Engineer to lead architecture, programming and commissioning of advanced controls for high-speed bakery equipment. This hands-on technical leader will develop reusable standards to improve machine reliability, safety and customer support across AMF's global product portfolio.
You will design PLC, HMI, motion and safety architectures, lead FANUC robotics integration, Roboguide simulations, and collaborate with product
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls/Robotics or related field.
- 10+ years in industrial automation and hands-on robotics.
- Experience with FANUC robotics and Roboguide.
- Strong knowledge of Rockwell Automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design PLC, HMI, motion control and safety architectures; develop machine software.
- Lead FANUC robotics integration, vision, line tracking and conveyor solutions.
- Develop automation standards, maintain libraries and documentation.
- Mentor engineering personnel and support field issues.
- Ensure safety standards and participate in risk assessments.
