Job summary

Accenture’s Physical AI team seeks a Robotics Services Sales Senior Manager to originate, shape and close robotics automation opportunities within a broad portfolio. The role blends strategy, solution shaping and executive-level engagement across robotics, automation and digital twins in industrial settings.

You will lead cross-functional pursuits, develop pipelines in robotics and autonomy, and craft commercial structures spanning consulting, systems integration and managed services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across technology sales, robotics, automation consulting, industrial services, manufacturing solutions, warehouse automation or supply chain technology.
• At least 3 years of experience focused on robotics, automation, autonomous systems or advanced manufacturing services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robotics-services sales strategy across priority accounts and industries.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across industrial robotics, AMRs/AGVs and related technologies.
• Identify opportunities based on labor constraints, throughput, cycle time, quality and safety.
• Lead robotics pursuits from discovery to delivery transition.
• Develop commercial constructs spanning consulting, integration and managed services.
