Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Physical AI Sales and Client Solutions Leader to originate, shape and close complex Physical AI transformation opportunities across strategy, digital twins, robotics, and industrial automation.

You will build executive relationships across operations, supply chain, engineering, and IT, drive end-to-end pursuits, and orchestrate cross-functional teams, with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Originating and closing complex transformation or technology-services engagements.
• Ability to translate business problems into value-based roadmaps and executable plans.
• Experience selling Physical AI, digital twin, simulation or robotics programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and market sales strategies for the full Physical AI portfolio.
• Identify and qualify opportunities based on priority operational problems.
• Build executive relationships with operations, supply chain, engineering, and capital project leaders.
• Lead end-to-end pursuits from origination through contract signature and delivery transition.
• Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams across accounts, industries, and platforms.
• Ensure proposed solutions are differentiated, credible, and measurable.
• Develop business cases and commercial constructs combining consulting, assets, and services.
• Create executive narratives, proposals, and demonstrations aligning Physical AI to client priorities.
• Build co-sell motions with ecosystem partners and maintain pipeline governance.
