Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Welding or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
5–8+ years in welding engineering, weld process development, or robotic welding leadership.
US work authorization and commuting distance to Pewaukee, WI.
Deep knowledge of GMAW/MIG, GTAW/TIG, laser welding, and robotics welding.

Responsibilities

Lead weld process development and WPS qualification.
Mentor Robotic Welding Technicians and review robot weld paths.
Ensure AWS D1.1 and ASME IX compliance across projects.
Support project estimating and startup activities.
