You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery, analyze data, and implement improvements ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction. 80% travel, with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in capital medical technology industry.
• Experience with software and mechanical-electrical mechanisms in robotics.
• Working in a regulated medical environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong project management and timeline execution.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RSE service team and ensure fleet uptime.
• Analyze data logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Document activities and metrics; report to senior management.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Product Support, QA, and other teams.
• Develop and implement cost-effective, results-based programs for customer management.
