Responsibilities

• Lead corridor studies, traffic operations, safety, and roadway/traffic/bridge design.
• Prepare community engagement, engineering reports, plans, specs, and estimates.
• Review studies, contract documents, and provide recommendations for changes.
• Participate in contract bidding and administration as needed.
• Supervise junior engineers and coordinate with clients and authorities.
• Ensure effective communication with project teams and public stakeholders.
