GFT is seeking an Office Leader/Sr Project Manager - Roadway Engineering in Tallahassee, FL. The role combines technical roadway design leadership with project management oversight on the Transportation team, focused on highways, bridges, and complex intersections.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of design and PM delivery experience on heavy transportation projects and a Florida PE license. The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office duties in Tallahassee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of design and project management delivery experience on heavy transportation infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineering License in Florida required.

Responsibilities

• Project management and engineering planning for transportation facilities including highways, arterials, intersections, drainage and site design.
• Provide direction to project teams and oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with division leaders and area managers.
