Job summary

H&H is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Transportation Team in Austin, Texas. You will drive pursuits, manage client relationships, and build a robust roadway group while coordinating with Market Leaders for resources needed to deliver projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college.
• Texas PE registration required or able to obtain licensure.
• Texas experience with TxDOT projects highly preferred.
• 20 years of design and project management experience in transportation.
• Business development experience and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Regularly market services to current and prospective clients.
• Lead technical proposals and presentations.
• Recruit roadway and drainage professionals to build the team.
• Oversee engineering designs, including alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and traffic details.
• Coordinate plans and specifications across multi-discipline teams.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction in deliverables.
