Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 7+ years, or PhD with 6+ years.
• PE certification preferred; project leadership experience.
• Proficiency in OpenRoads Designer and familiarity with NCDOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead discipline delivery on complex or unusual engineering projects.
• Mentor, train and review junior staff; provide feedback.
• Coordinate schedules, scope, and budgets with clients and partners.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal development.
