Job summary

The role requires a degree in engineering with years of experience and PE certification preferred; experience with OpenRoads Designer and NCDOT standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6+ years relevant experience, or a Master’s with 5+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
• Experience with OpenRoads Designer and highway/roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, ensuring on-time delivery and budget alignment.
• Assist with marketing and proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and effort estimates for projects.
• Mentor and supervise staff to meet objectives.
