Consor is seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer/Project Engineer to lead Arizona transportation projects and provide technical leadership across roadway and highway disciplines. The role emphasizes mentoring staff, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving project delivery with clients in Arizona.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of roadway and transportation engineering experience.
• Experience delivering projects for ADOT, counties, or municipalities.
• Knowledge of AASHTO and ADOT design standards.
• Proficiency with OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, and Civil 3D.

Responsabilidades

• Lead roadway design for highways, arterials, interchanges, corridors, and multimodal facilities.
• Oversee preparation of plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Mentor engineers and designers.
• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
• Participate in proposals, project pursuits, and business development efforts.
