Consor in Arizona is seeking a Roadway Design Engineer (PE) to support roadway, highway, and multimodal transportation projects for ADOT, counties, and municipalities across Arizona. This hybrid role blends field and office work and offers opportunities to grow toward project leadership while expanding technical expertise on impactful transportation projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of roadway or transportation engineering experience.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Develop roadway alignments, profiles, typical sections, and cross-sections.
• Prepare plans, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Perform engineering analyses and roadway design calculations.
• Coordinate with drainage, traffic, structures, survey, and utility teams.
• Support project delivery from planning through final design and construction support.
• Contribute to quality reviews and compliance with ADOT and local agency standards.
