Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team in Idaho Falls, ID. You will lead roadway discipline engineering efforts for Transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects, coordinating with discipline leads and clients to deliver value-driven designs.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams through complex delivery while meeting deadlines and maintaining

Qualifications

PE license preferred in UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA
10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design
5+ years leading roadway design for infrastructure projects
3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience
Strong leadership and client-relations skills
Organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Lead roadway design for Transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects
Coordinate with discipline leads
Integral member of the project management and delivery team
Lead roadway design, analyses, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantities
Maintain effective communication with clients and team
Meet project deadlines and deliver value-driven designs
