The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in transportation design, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating valuable solutions for clients. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $180,000 - $230,000 and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Current PE license preferred in UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.
• 10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design required.
• 5+ years of leading roadway design for infrastructure projects needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams in transportation projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Lead roadway design, analysis, reports, plans, and specifications.

Skills

Current PE license

10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design

5+ years of leading roadway design for infrastructure projects

3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience

Outstanding client and personnel skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
