Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager in Meridian, Idaho, to guide transportation projects within our Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead discipline engineers, coordinate with discipline leads, and drive design and delivery of freeway, interstate, interchanges, and urban highways.

Required experience includes 10+ years in transportation design, a PE license (preferred states UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA), and 3+ years in DOT DB/PDB contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design.
• 5+ years of leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to persuasively communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate with the delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and team members to meet deadlines.
