Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager to join our Innovative Pursuits Team in Tucson, AZ. You will oversee transportation projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive designs for freeways, interchanges, and shared-use facilities. A PE license and extensive DOT DB/PDB experience are preferred.

You will coordinate with discipline leads, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with client goals and regional project needs. Strong communication is essential.

Qualificações

• PE license current; preferred states UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.
• 10+ years of transportation infrastructure design experience.
• 5+ years of leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB project experience.
• Strong leadership and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and be an integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.
• Utilize MicroStation OpenRoads and AutoCAD Civil 3D for project work.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Be available for local and Rocky Mountain Region projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
• Aim to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
