Job summary

Horrocks seeks a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager for the Innovative Pursuits Team in Reno, NV. You will lead transportation design efforts for DB/PDB pursuits and projects, coordinating with discipline leads and clients to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a PE license (UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA), 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design, 5+ years leading roadway design, and 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed PE in applicable states (preferred).
• 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design.
• 5+ years leading roadway design on infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design and management for DB/PDB transportation projects.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and stakeholders.
• Deliver design plans, specs, and quantity takeoffs.
• Apply Microstation OpenRoads, Civil 3D, and related software.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet deadlines.
