Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily activities on assigned shifts. This role aligns with professional standards and regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the state of employment, has clinical nursing experience, and may have management experience. BSN is preferred and CPR/BLS certification is required. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance per policies.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to address concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Provide reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
