Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Florida. The RN will supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily nursing activities during assigned shifts, ensuring care aligns with regulations and quality standards.

The role supports multiple shifts (7a-7:30p, 7p-7:30a) and offers opportunities for career growth within a supportive, patient‑centered environment. Florida licensure, BLS/CPR, and GA/geriatrics experience enhance candidacy.

Qualifications

BSN preferred; experience in skilled nursing facility preferred.
Current RN license in Florida.
Two years of clinical nursing experience; one year in management preferred.
One year of geriatrics or subacute care.
CPR/BLS certification; strong reading/writing/communication in English.
English proficiency required; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily nursing care delivery and evaluate staff performance.
Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings.
Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective actions.
Provide reports to Director of Nursing as needed.
Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
