Job summary

Apploi is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. The role requires adherence to federal, state, and local standards and regulations governing the facility.

The RN will direct nursing staff, coordinate shift services, and ensure accurate documentation, patient safety, and privacy. Strong leadership and clinical skills are essential for delivering quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unencumbered state licensure.
• Must be able to work 12 hours a shift.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities and supervise nursing assistants.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee day-to-day care activities.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain resident care records and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy of resident information and proper reporting procedures.
